House rules include no smoking inside the unit with a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee, backyard hours from 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance, and a $100 penalty per additional person per night if there are more than 3 additional daytime guests or if they stay past 10 PM.
