The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on your reservation, and all occupants, including children and infants, are counted. Extra guests will not be permitted to stay past 10:00 PM. A maximum of 3 additional daytime guests are allowed on the premises at any time, and all guests must leave by 10:00 PM. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original position before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters. Any person who violates this community’s Governing Documents may be subject to fines and/or immediate removal from the Association community.
