To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to avoid noise going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain, or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for violation. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate.
