Must be 25 or older to book. Smoking is allowed only outdoors on the sun deck in front of the house or in the backyard, and there is a $250 fine for smoking or vaping indoors at any time. Outside guests or parties are not allowed on the property during your stay; only the registered guests are allowed, and trusted partner reserves the right to end the rental agreement and ask you to vacate the property immediately if these house rules are broken. For unauthorized guests that are not included on the initial reservation and have not been disclosed at the time of check-in, there is an extra fee of $250.
