There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout to avoid fines. Empty the grease pan under BBQ after use to prevent fire hazards. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed without written authorization.
