First I would like to thank God for the opportunity of even being placed on this program, because without it Im not sure where my family and I would be. This program came about during a time of hard transitioning so for that I'm truly grateful. Now to sum up a review in regards to the complex that I live in. I would say that it's under managed. The contracted companies contracted to care for the grounds know this so they proceed with less than poor service. They know that there is know one to... hold them accountable for the work or should I say the work that their not doing. My collusion is that papers are being pushed as a way of overseeing this complex. You may say then why do you stay? And I say good question but to answers that "section 8" and I need this program in the most urgent way. I could go on but I think you get the picture.
