Adobe Falls Village Apartments

Black mold in my apartment. Maintenance man painted over it when I moved in. A week later its back and I fought it the whole time. The apartments are damp collect water to the point of things being wet. We were sick most of the time we lived there. Cars broken into, manager is lazy, he can't be bothered to do anything. AVOID!

It an apartment with maybe more than 20 years of appliances. The balcony it's falling apart at one corner, the screen door to the balcony has several holes, the rug is about 20 years or more, the walls definitely needs a paint job. I have a 5 year old little girl that come to visit a few times a month it's not a good environment for her.
