VERY WELCOMING

I stopped by this past Saturday to check out a one-bedroom for myself, and I had such a great experience! Alexandra was so friendly and took the time to show me a couple of different floor plans and locations to help me compare my options. When I arrived, the leasing team was setting up for a resident event, which was really nice to see. The amenities were clean, smelled fresh, and the whole property was well maintained. By the time we got back from the tour, residents were out enjoying the… event, and it really felt like people love living here. The move-in special they had going on was a huge bonus, too. I’m definitely considering applying for an August move-in!

Poor infrastructure

I’ve been living here for 7 months and I kid you not, you can hear every footstep the upstairs neighbor takes. LITERALLY. The management team has poor noise control procedures, I wish the experience was better but I’m not sure if it will get better really. Look else if you are looking for a comfortable quiet home. This place probably won’t check off that box.

Wonderful touring experience!

Natasha was absolutely wonderful and made my entire touring experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and very professional. She took the time to thoroughly show me the property, explained all the amenities in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge of the property and her friendly attitude made me feel comfortable and confident in my visit. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience… . Amenity Rich Apartment w/ Excellent Customer Service

Had the pleasure of working with Natasha when we signed the lease. She was wonderful to work with and continues to be available & responsive. The location is a minute walk to the trolley & SDSU, and freeway close. Beautiful new apartments and amenities!

Beautiful Community!

I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community with the manager Natasha. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire tour enjoyable and informative. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. The amenities that really stood out was the gym it was well equipped, the pool and game room were impressive and inviting. Overall, this community left a great impression, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
