there is way better apartments in the area for this price!

We moved here expecting a “newly renovated apartment” but the renovations where not even worth it. Everything in the apartment seems to be falling apart constantly. I can’t even open my window because there is people walking through all the time and the neighbors are always loud. There is tons of screaming kids at 7 am on weekends. The water gets shut off constantly and without notice. The parking situation is terrible. we where never told that utilities where extra while signing the lease and… now are being charged way more than the expected rent.
