Casa Verde North Park!

Having lived here for almost a year, I regret to say that the quality of management and living conditions have been severely disappointing.

Despite the rent being on the pricey spectrum for the average in San Diego, the management quality here is one star or less. If I could, I would leave as soon as possible.

A very serious incident that I must highlight is the repeated false alarms of the fire alarm system. On two separate occasions, the alarm went off in the early morning hours—3am and 4am.... These incidents have had a profound negative impact on my dog's health. The loud noise has caused him to develop major anxiety and heart issues. He is now terrified of going back inside the building.

Despite this, the management continues to test the fire alarm with only a 10-minute prior notice. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially when I am busy with full days of wedding photo sessions or production days, leaving my dog alone at home. The lack of proper notification is inconsiderate and disruptive.

The fire alarm incidents have also affected my health and professional life, as rest is crucial for my demanding work schedule. The interruptions have made it difficult to recover and maintain my productivity.

Additionally, the management's overly strict monitoring of tenants has been burdensome. I have had to leave my car in private garage spots temporarily to unpack or due to the lack of available parking. On one occasion, my car was towed, costing me $500 to retrieve it. While I understand parking in the wrong spot was my mistake, the way management handles these situations is unreasonable. The costs and stress from their actions have compounded the serious veterinary bills and the long-term impact on my dog's health and my own peace of mind.
