Stay Away
What can you say about the Chantilly Apartments. My advice would be to stay away. The management is atrocious and there are constantly issues with the building. The water will be shut off with little to no warning and flooding is a common occurrence. Don't expect to have friends or family over without being interrogated by the owner who lives on site. The one positive is the actual unit is quite nice but the age of the building makes it difficult to go any time without issues cropping up. ... If you like arbitrary and non-sensical rules, you will love this place. The whole atmosphere of the building reeks of sadness and tension. The owners treat the tenants like children who need to be disciplined and they seem to care more about the apartment than the people in them. You'll save yourself a lot of grief by skipping this place.
