    Here over a year and love it!

    On site manager, Crystal and on site maintainence man, Valente are a huge part of my comfort level here. Prices are lower than many in Point Loma and it is well worth it to pay for a covered garage space. Pets are so welcome here, and the facilities (gym, pool, rec room with pool table) are clean. Lockers on site for Amazon. Easy in and out to beaches, the 5 and the 8. Yes there are homeless, but the community is gated. No issue with apt size or appliances. They earned 5 stars.
