Horrible

NO NO NO!! First I will start with the issue we initially had with a resident smoking a cigar almost every night in the courtyard. When I asked if he could stop because all the smoke was filtering into our place he said "no, this is my spot and has been for years". Although, after having to take my issue to management they did rectify the situation. Unfortunately I wasnt going to be that resident that told on everyone but there was constantly dog poop in the courtyard and it was also thrown out… in the laundry room, weed and cigarette smokers in the courtyard daily.

My biggest issue has been after move out. I received a letter from a debt collector because after sending just one letter to my new address (which we never received) instead of emailing me or calling me with the contact information they had on file, they just send out your information to a debt collector. The amount owed was $1000 for move out cleaning, painting and carpet replacement. The carpet was one year old and I was told that there were significant "stains" that a supervisor decided was enough to just replace the carpet. On our final move out walk through we were told not to worry about the carpet because it was being replaced due to renovation (funny how a one year old carpet needs to be replaced on our dime to pay for their renovation). The office denies ever saying this so I suggest video taping your walk out if you decide to roll the dice on this place. The dispute is still on going and it has been sluggish since the office is constantly understaffed. Goodluck to you!
