Everything was fine until I moved out...
The place was cool, they were really strict on parking which I liked. The apartment was pretty spacious even if you had a roommate. The hallways looked creepy though, every wall is a different color which was odd. Alot of parties so if you are one of those people that dont like that this is not the place for you. Everything was fine until I moved out. If you want to break your lease, you cant just leave, you have to find a replacement for your place, just a reminder for when you move in. They... told me to try Facebook groups, so I did, found a new roommate and we both went into the leasing office to sign the papers. I had moved and then I call them back to give me a follow up about my roommate moving in and they straight up told me that they did not have any information on file proving that I had found a new roommate to replace me in my apartment, so I was still liable for the rent. I was so confused, I had to call them so many times to ask why there was no information on file about my new roommate and I, they got mad at me, I had to reach out to the manager. Turns out someone did not input the information into my account. Then they had to send me my deposit, it took four months to send me my deposit. I had to call to figure out what was taking so long and they said it was lost in transit and they had to send it again. I believe that alot of the workers in the office are either too new, too young, or too lazy to handle people's information. I did everything right and they were trying to blame me for their mistakes. If you do move there, make sure you have proof of everything.

Hello, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate all feedback and we are sorry that we were hard to reach at the time. Yes, that is true, there is a process to terminating your lease agreement, but this is standard in most... student housing properties. I apologize if there was a delay with getting your deposit and if there was ever any miscommunication on our end. We care about our residents and want them to love the place they call home. If there is anything else you would like to bring to our attention, please don't hesitate to email me at leasing@live5025.com.
