Gramercy Apartments

New management has taken over and done nothing to fix the preexisting problems. They were, however, successful at increasing the rent substantially. As I type this, there is currently another problem that has been brought to the attention of management that is outside of my window. A gang of teenaged potheads turned a porch that was once used as the mail box location into a bong and brew head quarters. They are found here at all hours of the day since school is out. You come home from work, and… there they are. You hear a loud noise that wakes you up at 12:30 a.m., and there they are. Bongs in plain sight as the smoke blows right into your child's room, forcing you to close the windows in the hot summer since the air conditioning unit does reach back there. The other morning I left my apartment to go to work and saw a masked teenager with a hoodie checking car doors inside the apartment parking lot. The time was 5:00 a.m. in the morning! I reported this to the front office, and they said that they would increase security, but of course that didn't happen. My neighbor has moved out, and I'm on my way as well. This apartment complex is pretty nice. Plenty of light. Everything inside the apartments are pretty new and good condition. It's located below a catholic school playground so u can hear the kids during recess if u don't mind kids screaming. No need for clock inside the house because the church bell is loud enough. One assigned parking and tenant pays for water, gas and electric bill.
