180 degrees amazing views with high end amenities. This place is gorgeous!

Haborview Apt

The complex has cleaned up a lot these last few years.
My apartment is nice but can use some upgrading, need new carpet , stove refrigerator , central air don't work and the kids need a play ground because they all play around cars, throwing balls , riding bikes and sitting on them. but overall pretty good complex near trolley and walking distance to stores mins from downtown.

Were to begin! >:(

The management is poor you have to ask multiple times for something to get fixed in your apartment. Sometimes it would take week(s) for things to get done or even started, but have to wait more till the task complete it. The neighborhood is a deal breaker there are those who just want to get on with their life. However their are those that need a life other than disturbing those who want to make something of themselves at the end of the day. Overall I would rate my apartment 2/10 just because… there are those few people who try and make it through this "Apartments".
