Haven Point Loma Apartments

There are pros and cons.
Some apartments have all of the amenities. (Washer,dryer,oven,dishwasher, closed bedroom)
Then there are units without all of that. I lived in a loft with a kitchenette. Had to do laundry in shared and pricey coin laundry downstairs.
The biggest con is that management takes forever or won’t even reply to my emails about simple questions, even after multiple emails.
Pros are the location and the utilities are one flat payment each month which is nice. You don’t have to... watch your utilities spending. Also great high speed wifi available for the building for a flat fee.
