Small apartments that can get very hot even with windows open, so expect to purchase a portable AC. Technically not allowed per the lease but they tend to be chill about it.

The apartment complex does have a roach problem, so a guy comes by every couple weeks to put down bait and spray the apartments. You and any pets will have to leave for a couple hours after spraying, but can just opt for the bait by itself if you prefer.

The current person working the front desk is nice and the guy who… does repairs is fantastic but lives like 1.5 hours away so expect a long wait if something happens outside of his normal working hours.

This is low income housing, so expect what often comes with that. People with mental health issues and in poor health. Don't leave stuff lying around, I've had my laundry hamper stolen twice and management is quick to tell you that they won't check the security cameras for you unless you have a warrant, which is obviously not going to happen for small items. I've never had any packages stolen thankfully.

Only USPS has keys to get in the front gate, so Amazon deliveries or similar will have to be met at the gate every time. There is a central set of mailboxes near the entrance.

No elevator and 3 floors, so you will likely have to use the stairs.

I haven't had any water or electricity issues while living here, and the internet wiring to my apartment has no issues. Read More
