The Imperial Tower Apartments offers a premiere San Diego location. We are located next to Balboa Park and within walking distance of the Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, and Hillcrest. We offer a quiet, comfortable living environment.

We have… available 1 bedroom 1.5 baths. The apartment has sliding doors windows, and a high ceiling, The kitchen is equipped with a flat-top range, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Walk-in closet and plenty of storage space.


There is plenty of seating out on the patio with couches, tables, and chairs. Sauna, and a BBQ. Inside, we have billiard tables, a dry bar, flat-screen TVs, a fitness work area, and complimentary WI-FI.

Water and Sanitation are included. Utilities such as cable, and electricity, are the resident's responsibility.
