Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime there’s an issue Maintenance team responds very quickly and takes action. My time there has been very great. We would have still been there but ended up moving out of state. If I were to be back in San Diego, I would definitely go back to IMT Sorrento

I’ve been living at IMT for about a year now and I truly love it here. The dog spa and the multiple pools are well maintained.
The leasing team and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and quick to help whenever anything comes up. Requests and questions are handled efficiently. Alicia in particular is always eager to help with any questions or concerns I have, and she consistently goes out of her way to be accommodating!
Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I recently toured the apartment community and had a great experience. Alicia was incredibly thorough in answering all of my questions and made sure nothing was overlooked. She took her time explaining details about the units, amenities, and leasing process, and I never felt rushed. She was very patient and made me feel like she genuinely had my best interests in mind throughout the tour. The rest of the leasing office staff were also very welcoming and friendly, which made the overall visit even... more comfortable. I really appreciated the professionalism and warm atmosphere.

Whenever you need maintenance work, they are very timely in coming and taking care of the issue/s. Their Maintenance Manager, JR, is very knowledgeable and is quickly able to figure out whatever problem your unit might be facing! Also there is an overnight service request, so if you face some type of water leak in the middle of the night, there is a special number to call and a Maintenance worker responds quickly no matter what time of the night it is and comes out to help! So far Jesus has been... assigned to my service requests throughout the years and has been great and recently Angel has been assigned and has been great as well!
