Although we’ve only been residents of Broadstone Little Italy for 2 weeks, we are loving it! Our apartment is very nice and although the building is located in a busy area of town, the noise is not bad because I’m sure the windows are double (triple?) paned and the doors are heavy. The amenities look beautiful and seem to be well maintained - we haven’t had a chance to try them out yet. We’ve interacted with Rachel and Ellie and they are both friendly, warm and helpful when needed. Maintenance... is very good as well. Fernando aims to please. The security is also very good. The community has had 2 fun events in the 2 weeks we’ve lived here. How great is that! We love it and can’t see why we won’t keep enjoying it!!

I love living here. Apartment staff is kind and professional. My neighbors are friendly and courteous and all the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this building for a community and a quiet home!
