Kalos Apartments

Apartments are very nice inside, roomy with hard wood floors. Kids play in courtyards that make it a little noisy but just depends where you live in the complex.

No air conditioning but I have a portable.

Location is great! near the ZOO , Balboa Park, Old Town, Downtown San Diego, Beaches, Mission Valley. What more could you want for the money?!

Affordable housing. A great place to live with a loved one or on your own.

The worst place I've ever lived. Don't move here if you want peace and quiet! Location is on a very busy street and the building has only single-paned windows and very thin walls WITHOUT a/c and there are lots of noisy children screaming and running all over the property which is maddening if you value peace and quiet. The management/owners care little about the property and even less about the residents. This is a pretty nice affordable living apartment. although it's not very affordable at times. It can be dirty with kids spitting food on the ground. I love the community grill. The learning center is really cool for the kids. The apartments themselves are a pretty good size and have held up pretty great.
