Cheap, convenient, a bit dangerous
The place is clean and the studio apartments have lots of space, but we have so much homeless around that I can't walk my baby anywhere. One broke into my car months ago and took groceries and medicine I had for my baby. Some of neighbors are very strange. We have ants in our apartment and when it rains, the inside of the apartment gets moisty. Other than that I like living here and I love the view. We get to see Seaworld fireworks every summer night and we are super close to Target, Von's,... Ralph's, Shell and more.
