mold issues
Upon move in my unit was "professionally cleaned" and I had to clean it myself. The "renovations" were very sloppy and the heater, dishwasher, screen door, disposal, outlets, washer dryer and bathtub were all broken. My neighbor had mold issues and I heard it wasn't the first time hearing about this in this complex. Very strange and you will not only lose your entire deposit but get a bill in the mail, even if your unit was left in squeaky clean, better than when you walked in condition.
