Horrible place to live with kids, gunshots, kids can’t play outside because they make noise while neighbors blast loud music, over full lot street parking increased rent every year, poor maintenance, this new renovation is not renovated pulling out carpet & substituted with tile, new stoves & fridges is not considered fully renovated.

Don't expect anything but the bare minimum. Owner calls the cheapest maintenance and construction people he can find. The rear of the property is trashed. Like absolutely trashed. There's a ten foot tall pile of insulation, toilets, and kitchen appliances that has been there for the last month. If they think they can raise the rent by kicking you out, they will.
