Rent increases every year exceeding $500+. Amenities are ALWAYS broken- treadmills down for months, this is a 4 story complex- ALL elevators are down, homeless are found everywhere- in our parking garages+in the hot tub bathing. It’s disgusting!! The place is not unkept well- stains and scuffs line the hallways. The apartment itself is missing a wine cooler(even if it shows on the website)+ trash can pullout bin is broken in my cabinet and management won’t fix it. This place absolutely sucks. Their management is poor. They’ve had all 3 elevators in a non working status for DAYS and are doing NOTHING to fix it. They literally using the RAIN as an excuse for not doing anything about it after countless residents complained already. Not to mention the place is COMPLETELY unsecured and unsafe, their entrance to the complex doors are always unlocked, all you have to do is give it a little tug. The walls are PAPER thin. Constantly hear doors slamming. The... location is also terrible and very dangerous being right off of a major highway. I have lived at the Jefferson Pacific Beach for going on 2 years and I can’t really complain! There’s usually security, so I feel safe. I have a (SPACIOUS) 1 bedroom; the amenities are wonderful, and being right next to the 5 doesn’t hurt, either! Any time there is a Maintenance issue, they are ONNNN it, and always in constant contact. If you have questions, emails are responded to fairly quickly! Even With Pandemic, I could not have asked for a better place to have moved in to!

Complex is clean , friendly with numerous amenities!

I would not recommend this place. Too expensive. Garbage is too expensive. Always stressed out about the parking situation. Mail has been stolen on several occasions from the mail room. Deliveries.
