A place you can call home

Living at Mira Bella Apartments feels less like renting an apartment and more like finally finding a place you can truly call home. The property has clean common areas, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes coming home something to look forward to.
The apartments themselves are filled with natural light. Every detail — from the modern finishes to the quiet surroundings —… creates a warm and welcoming environment. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the patio or winding down after a long day at the pool, it genuinely feels like a personal retreat.
What truly makes Mira Bella special, though, is the sense of community. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make residents feel valued and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly, and there’s a strong feeling of safety and belonging throughout the property.

Decent, but management is terrible.

I lived here from 2023-2024.

The apartment itself has plenty of room for what you're paying for in San Diego. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and thought the price was fair. When we moved in there were little hairs all over the toilet and a cockroach that they had painted over instead of removing in the master bathroom.

Parking was not assigned, and people would leave their cars in the same spot for months. There was a car that had it's doors open and dust collecting. The garage itself always had… trash in it. I could never get the spots I wanted because the first level was always full and the second floor was the only available.

The trash room always smelled horrible and sometimes people would leave there trash on the floor if the bin was too full.

The gym and club room are decent for what you're getting. I'd still prefer to go to an actual gym, but it works for getting a quick workout done.

The location of the complex is very close to great restaurants. Moving in and out was a hassle, because you can't pull a U-Haul into their garage, you're parked on the sidewalk and the gate doesn't hang open.

Towards the end of my lease, the neighbors pipe burst flooding my apartment and ruining a large rug I had on the ground. Management didn't send any apology or recognition of the inconvenience. They told me to "that's why you have insurance". The blonde woman that works there seems to hate her job. I'm not sure why she works there if she hate's helping customers.

All in all, this is a decent apartment complex but the property managers there leave a bad taste in your mouth every time you talk to them.

Maintenance staff is amazing!

It’s always important to not only live in an amazing community but to have an amazing maintenance team to back it up. Juan is absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond for our maintenance needs and concerns. Never leaves anything request unanswered or completed. He’s been part of the team for years now so he is definitely alemone you can trust! This community feels like one big happy family between the office staff, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff :)

I would recommend as apartments are roomy but I would let them know you have to stay on top of the little request for maintenance and other request
