I've been a resident for about 5 months now. Management is cool, friendly and very helpful. I have no complaints about the place thus far. All of my needs have been met and I really enjoy the place, it's relaxing, peaceful, inviting and feels like home.
The only improvement I would say the property could make is to be more vigilant/responsive to making any needed repairs etc. other than that, everything is great. Great location, great amenities, and overall great atmosphere. Thanks so far, I... hope things continue to be this nice and they don't start doing what typical properties start doing, jacking up the rent (more than it already is), degrading service etc. We'll see.

Cars keep getting broken into and nothing has really been done to curb them. I had nothing in my car to steal, but my window was still busted in and I was out hundreds of dollars. Management just tells you that you sign away and acknowledge their lack of liability for your car when you sign your lease. The place looks nice but it does the minimum to ensure resident safety.

This place is like 5 stars Hotel except it is daily use and the style is off the chart amazing. The service is great, the level of care for costumers is beyond 5 starts. The best things in this place is the things you can use while staying here. The best gym, good quality, can find all the necessary equipment for full body workout and even better for fitness. The pool view is breath taking and stunning, the jakozi is perfect for after an intense gym. Massaging the body with clean and salted... water which makes the muscles relax and cleanse up. Besides the great service and the gym along with the pool, there is a club house that can be rented for family occasions, big, classy, clean and stylish room. Besides the excellent utilities then location is near everything you need from markets to restaurants to cosco groceries etc...

I move into Broadstone Corsair Oct 20th and I couldn't be more excited. The application process has been great and the staff at the Broadstone Corsair have been beyond helpful. Everything from sending in the application to signing up for the utilities etc have been a breeze. I have received a couple emails from Broadstone with upcoming events that they are hosting and I cannot wait to participate. Thank You Broadstone for making my move across the country easy!

Still getting out the glitches of a new facility. Finding construction was not quality but it is nice being the first ever resident in my apartment.
