Nice & Cozy

Place is in a great location. Close to State if you're a student. Neighbors keep to themselves and friendly. Staff is very helpful. Wish there was a weight room, but I enjoyed the 3 years I resided there.

Good location, two small

The apartment is in a good location, my neighbor are great, but it's a little to small for 3 people, i been here since my kids were in the 6 grade. It time for something biger. Where we all can live together and help each other. Thanks

Upgrades Needed

Parkview Terrace is a nice residence to live, but the apartments need upgrades, from the appliances to the fixtures in the bathrooms. Due to the foliage the apt is constantly having some type of insect crawling on the walls, and the noise pollution can disrupt your sleep, but for the monthly price it's nice.
