Home where heart is...

I love living in Rancho Villas Apt, Rancho Penasquitos. This has been our home in almost a decade now, that's how much we love this place. I truly believe that there are no other apartments can compare to what we've experienced so far at Rancho Villas. Such a friendly and welcoming staff as well as their maintenance team, safe neighborhood with a clean surrounding property. Office staff is always open to help and understanding and the ground keepers are quick to provide services within the… property's needs. The entire community acknowledge each other and associates to voice or collaborate on any current events happening in the neighborhood. The property is close by local markets and shopping centers, easy and accessible to freeways. This place has been a great place to live, great location, welcoming staff and friendly tenants. Great place to live!

I have lived for almost 3 years and I loved it here. The manager team really care for you, they come right away the same day if you had any problems. They always keep the ground and surrounding areas clean. The swimming is a plus. They remodeled everything brand new from the vinyl floor, carpet floor to the fixtures in the bathrooms when I moved in. The manager is always nice, courtesy and professional. Mr.Ye the supervisor of the maintenance team is always there for any of your questions. It is… also nice that they have an Appliance Tech lives onsite for any of your appliances needs. When I looked for the place to live and for my kids to go school I chose it here. You have Canyon View Elementary school, Mesa Verde Middle school and then 10/10 West view High school, all those 3 schools have the scores of 9/10 and that is very important to me. I would recommend this place to any one I know.

Grrate place

We are living here more than 14 years.
It is really nice place. People, who works here so professional and very kind and friendly.
Our apartment was completely renovated last year and looks beautiful.
I totally recommend anyone this place.

Great family community

I have lived here for two years, it is a great complex that has a family friendly community feel. The manager and maintenance staff all know everyone's names and everything is well maintained and clean. Any issues that arise they take care of immediately. The apartments are well cared for with some nice features like roomy balconies and nice kitchens. Apartments are safe and you can tell the staff and owners care about the property and tenants.
