Riviera Highlands has been a great place to live. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and consistently well cared for. The apartments are roomy and have all the amenities you need to live comfortably including lots of storage, a patio, laundry, and central heating/AC. It being a gated complex with ample parking is a huge plus as well.

What truly sets Riviera Highlands apart is the staff. Susan, our Resident Manager, is sweet, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel... supported. Her responsiveness, along with the friendly and professional maintenance team, make all the difference and really contributes to the community’s warm atmosphere.

We lived at Riviera Highlands Apartments from 2014 to 2022, and it was by far the best apartment we have ever rented. The landlord, Susan, was outstanding! She was always approachable, kind and truly compassionate toward her tenants.

The maintenance and landscaping were consistently well taken care of, and everything was kept in great condition. We also never had any issues with unwanted pests thanks to the regularly scheduled pest control services.

Living and Riviera Highland Apartments has been an absolute pleasure. The complex is small and quaint; it is kept clean and well maintained at all times. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and professionally. A huge plus for me is having a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer inside the apartment. Riviera Highland is centrally located with easy access to freeways, I have enjoyed living here the past 3 years and would highly recommend this apartment complex.

We have been living here for a little over two years now, and we haven’t had any issues that haven’t been easily resolved. The manager and maintenance team have a great system in place to get maintenance done quickly, and the upkeep around the apartment keeps this place looking very nice. The apartments themselves are very cozy and spacious, we get compliments regularly from our guests, and with it being a gated apartment complex it makes us feel safe and more comfortable.
