10 yrs lived there for 10 years!
Loved the location, peaceful neighborhood, but it was time to find a bigger place for my family, I was living on a 950 sqft, for a family of 5 it was getting pretty tight, but I really loved the area and the amenities!

Nice place! Needs improvement on enforcing no smoking policy. Must improve noise insulation between walls. Can get very loud and disturbing. Other than that it’s a very nice place to live.

Love it here!! The managers Daniela, Angela, and Rachelle are the core of this community.
You can see so much pride in the community for how it is maintained and run. The maintenance team is impeccable, and quick-you can tell they work seamlessly with the office staff. I couldn’t imagine renting anywhere else!

Laundry Room Light A new light fixture was installed since ours has gone out 3-4 times. Just need a little tough up painting done around it since it is smaller. Whenever they have time. No rush…..Mark advised me bottom rack for dishwasher needs to be ordered.
