Avoid At All Cost! Nightmare Residence
Photos are deceiving. Very unsafe place to live b/c of all the homeless & drug addicts in the neighborhood who sneak into the building. Awful manager refuses to do anything about it. There's no security. The manager, Christopher, doesn't maintain the building and units but rent keeps increasing. Constant hot water shut-offs, nonworking elevators, plumbing problems etc. Christopher is way in over his head and doesn't have the skill to manage a high-rise apartment building.

this place terrible
there is no security- homeless in the stairwell and parking garage, no consistent mainatnce, roaches everywhere, the laundry room is disgusting. management is not reliable. there are other income based buildings with far better amenities

Lovelt
My daughter and son in love have lived there since the opening and are snug as bugs in a rug.
Well maintained, clean, safe, and friendly community environ in an ideal location.
