Great Apartments

My family and I lived here for two years and we had an amazing experience. This was by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The management was always reasonable and fair. The property manager, Jeff, made life as a Terrace Park tenant a breeze. He insists that he is available 24/7 and he means it! Jeff will promptly tackle any problem you have, big or small. Overall a super quiet, spacious and well-maintained property with a perfect location. You couldn’t ask for more out of an apartment!

Location, Location, Location

Our apartments are newly renovated with ceramic flooring throughout and new applicances. Compared to the apartments in the area that are similar in size, these were the nicest we've found for the price.

Now to the most important feature. These apartments are located in the heart of San Diego. You are close to historic Balboa Park, within walking distance to the San Diego Zoo and 10 minutes away from Seaport Village, the waterfront and the beaches.
