Residents
I been here for 7 years love Rancho Bernardo & neighbors....but this place continue to raise there fees, gym is outdated & there always looking for money. They will fine you for having idea above patio wall, no BBQ, no plants, no umbrella ....worst thing is they will tow your car & charge you $350 for nothing...even if your residents with a pass.

Loving life in Rancho Berbardo
I love my complex in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA. It is very well maintained, has a large pool and sauna in the front and very nice salt water pool and sauna in the back of the complex. All of the apartments have dishwashers, garbage disposal, washer and dryer and a balcony. The complex also features a nice playground, tennis court, gym and one of the most beautiful entrances you will ever see. It is especially impressive at night with the lighting. The complex also features a... neighborhood patrol and speed bumps to keep the children who ride their bikes and scooters around the complex safe. I love it here. I am so lucky to have found such a place.
