Bad internet, unprofessional stuff, air conditioning not working

There is no privacy. The maintenance and cleaning team would enter any time. They'd just knock once. I went on vacation and found my xbox full of water from the ac and in a different position. They didn't cover any of it, instead, told me it was my fault. In addition, the place is really small for the price.

Need your mail on time. Not here. Need a good meal under a meal plan...they can change it up mid year and you can't do anything about it. We chose this living location because of all they said they would do to support our's son's first year in college. Ended up a bad year because Suites did not honor their agreement and changed the meal plan and then would not let us out of the meal portion of the agreement. Very disappointed! You will be too!

This apartment complex offers mostly SDSU student housing. The rooms are small, but perfect for a single occupant. The staff is pretty flexible and down to earth, and the students are surprisingly well behaved. If you're you're looking for a lively and eclectic atmosphere at a competitive price I would recommend the Suites on Paseo.
