Lost complete faith

If you're considering The Fort Apartments based on the promise of "luxury living," I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The branding is slick, but the experience is frustrating from start to finish.

the quality of service does not match the price tag.-- not exactly what you'd expect from a so-called luxury property.

What's even more disappointing is the lack of accountability when things go wrong. You're paying premium rent for an experience that feels far from premium.

The building may… look nice in photos, but don't let that fool you -- it's been one frustrating issue after another.

Save yourself the stress. There are better places in the area that are actually worth the money and deliver on what they promise.

One of kind!

Living here has been an absolute joy! The building is incredibly well-built, with solid concrete that keeps things peaceful and quiet, and the stunning floor-to-ceiling glass walls bring in so much natural light and offer breathtaking views every single day.

The location couldn’t be better—amazing restaurants just around the corner, a safe and welcoming neighborhood, and a real sense of community. But what truly sets this place apart is the management team. They go above and beyond to keep… everything running smoothly and make sure residents feel right at home.

Absolutely Terrible Management

Absolutely terrible management. They completely ignore emails and texts once you’ve signed the contract. The portal system is constantly down, making it impossible to get anything done. The only redeeming quality is the maintenance person, who is genuinely helpful. Despite the building's decent design, do not make the mistake of renting here.

Amazing Architectural building and great place to live

I have been extremely happy with my unit and with management since I moved in.
I have requested a few work orders and the responses have been timely and effective.
The location is great because I can walk to take care of day to day tasks and necessities and access to freeways going north/south and east/west are really close by. There are several parks and great restaurants around as well.
My unit has super nice views of San Diego. This building is really cool.
Management does a really great… job and the building’s location is very convenient.
