The Jackson North Park

I lived at the Jackson for over two years from 2023-2025 and could not have been happier with the apartment. Even though 30th St is quite busy, the building was very quiet, which offered easy access to all the great things around North Park without the commotion. The property manager, Joel, was the best manager you could ask for! He was constantly around to answer questions and help with any issues the tenants had. I lived in the building for a year. The onsite manager is super responsive and their online portal makes it easy to pay rent, make maintenance requests, etc.. I definitely would have renewed if I hadn’t moved out of the area. Check it out!

We absolutely adored our three years at the Jackson in North Park. We were concerned about living on a busy street in North Park but this little community was a haven! It was so cozy and quiet with friendly neighbors. The best part about living here was our property manager, Joel, who also happened to be our neighbor. He was so responsive to any and all requests and was just so kind. Easily my favorite living experience in San Diego. Whereas many apartments in this city are extremely low-quality with minimal amenities (while still demanding exorbitant rent because "San Diego"), the Jackson stands out as a quality living experience with amenities, style, and a desirable location. With a walkable neighborhood and a comfortable living space, it felt like a truly unexpected win to live there. I was amazed by the near-total quiet inside my bedroom, even in the hustle-and-bustle... of the city. The covered parking garage was extremely nice, given the parking difficulties in San Diego in general. Finally, management personnel were friendly and felt like neighbors.
