Pros and Cons, but Cons might outweigh the Pros

So, there are things that I love about living here. Honestly, the location right off of convoy is great and these are a pretty decent price for the space that you get. I would honestly love living here if not for problems with the management. Management was actually pretty responsive before and the maintenance guy was good, but the property recently changed hands in July of 2024. I put in a maintenance request, for a non urgent, but very annoying, issue. The shower was, and still is, either... literally skin blistering hot or tap cold no in between, so the options are take cold showers or not use it at all. The maintenance system said something was scheduled and....nothing ever got fixed. I used their system to ask for an update every week and heard nothing back. After a month of waiting, I emailed the management, they said they would forward the email on and now have essentially ghosted me every time I send something asking for an update. It's been almost two months now. So, yeah, not so great. I would just like communication, which seems like the bare minimum, and I'm not even getting that let alone a fix, so while there are lots of things I do like, I can't say I'd recommend living here. Save yourself the trouble.

DONT STAY!!!!

Don't believe the 5 star reviews... they are not real this place is invested with roaches and termites... the managers do not care and lie they will fix it... always alot of police activity and the maintenance man let's other tenants (his friends) park anywhere they want causing trouble for others.

Don't even bother

Lived here for 2 years, first moved in when Carla was still the manager everything then was good if we had any problems we would give her a call and everything would be fixed. We renewed our lease but then management changed and things stared going down hill from there. Fire alarms would be going off randomly in the middle of the day, night etc. The fire department had to come one of the days to shut the alarms off and they even said the system needs to be changed because it is so outdated. The... hot tub is to the temperature of bath water, the laundry facility is the worst, the dryers never worked so sometimes you had to run your clothes 3-4 times (WASTE OF QUARTERS!!!). We finally just moved out Monday and we had made an appointment with the manager to do a last full walk through to see what needs to be repaired etc. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP AND SHE WAS IN THE BUILDING PRIOR TO THE TIME WE HAD SET. I saw her putting up signs on the doors a few hours before as we were moving the last of our boxes. We waited no show... Are we even going to receive our deposit back? WHO KNOWS? Will we ever reschedule the walk through ? or will she not show up again?

mesa ridge apartments

Mesa Ridge apartments is a good, peaceful apartment complex located next to major free ways and colleges which is very convenient for me especially for going to work. Their maintenance team do not disappoint as they respond as fast as they can to any problems you may have. They have good rates for annual and semi - annual rent. I would definitely recommend it for the working class and students.
