The security they have does nothing. The owners have been made aware about cars being stolen, personal belongings being stolen. The answer we got is it’s too expensive and nothing will be done to fix the problem.

I will say that the staff has made any small concern easier. The perks are the walk score (right next to Fashion Valley and the trolley). There is a sense of community in the building that I haven't had at other buildings in San Diego. The staff knows people, dogs, kids. I've seen kids talking to the manager like she's their family member. They do free dog treats on Fridays. It's nice to live somewhere where the staff knows your name and face. The cons are certain things like the limited parking... and length of time that the gym took to complete. The new gym is amazing though, so that's not really a con. Overall great! Read More

We have been extremely disappointed with this apartment complex since Decron management took over in December 2023. First, we lost access to the other two buildings in the Society complex, which included a larger gym and different amenities. Management refused to compensate us for this loss. Do not live here if you want a functional gym in your apartment. Second, the amount of poop and pee left in the staircases and stains on the carpets from tenants' dogs is disgusting. Forget having any guests... with cars come visit - there are no parking spaces for them. Next, management is not friendly or helpful in resolving any issues. For instance, they scheduled a power wash of the garage and requested that vehicles be moved for three hours in the middle of the day but did not provide any alternative options as to where residents can park during this time. We also gave them ample notice about us moving out and they required us to paper-sign documentation over the weekend within 24 hours of us providing such notice - no exceptions. The Town and Country hotel is next door, so unless you like loud events and activity during weeknights, this might not be the apartment for you. Read More
