Super easy and convenient moving from UCSD dorms to a furnished unit. Had upgraded floors, windows, and ceiling light fans. I was matched with another UCSD student. Got my security deposit back no issues. Thanks for the two years!!

The community is clean and has gates that actually work. I enjoy the gym on site and the amenities such as the lounges, pool, spa, and barbecue. There are two tennis courts that is nice and available as pickle ball. The upgraded furnished unit I got is amazing and corner unit. There are individual rooms for rent much more affordable if you are lucky to find a unit doing that.

Lived here for my UCSD studies and overall was great with my housemate for 2 years. next to the bus stop, and quiet location. overall highly recommended. My manager was Brian and Sean and they were responsive and quick to fix any problems. Also, got my whole deposit promptly which was also appreciated.

I lived here for 7.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Perfect walking distance to anything and everything - movies, restaurants, retail, grocery, etc. with mass transit access. Very safe and well run community. Anytime I reported something, it was addressed timely and professionally. Highly recommend!

Love living in this complex! Well maintained, conveniently located and beautiful.
