The Venetian

The community is clean and has gates that actually work. I enjoy the gym on site and the amenities such as the lounges, pool, spa, and barbecue. There are two tennis courts that is nice and available as pickle ball. The upgraded furnished unit I got is amazing and corner unit. There are individual rooms for rent much more affordable if you are lucky to find a unit doing that.

Lived here for my UCSD studies and overall was great with my housemate for 2 years. next to the bus stop, and quiet location. overall highly recommended. My manager was Brian and Sean and they were responsive and quick to fix any problems. Also, got my whole deposit promptly which was also appreciated.

I lived here for 7.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Perfect walking distance to anything and everything - movies, restaurants, retail, grocery, etc. with mass transit access. Very safe and well run community. Anytime I reported something, it was addressed timely and professionally. Highly recommend!

Just finished staying here for 5 years (have to move to be near family up North) and this community over the many others I've been to either living in before or visiting friends have to say is the most clean, safe, and maintained. Moreover, my property landlords, Brian and Sean, have always been real responsive in addressing any and all of my needs! I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Venetian if residing in San Diego and renting from Brian and Sean as they ensure their properties here are in the... most pristine condition possible. I.e. the carpet was going bad, so they not only got new flooring, but replaced it with premium laminate! Shower head was needing to be changed, got that addressed three days later.
