Viewpoint

I moved into this apartment in June. When you first walk in you're greeted by a charming glow of natural light and there are lots of mirrors in the unit to even further reflect the light. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit and both bedrooms are on the larger side with the master being 16x14ft. The problem with the unit is that the washer and dryer, the A/C, the electrical in the kitchen, and the sliding doors for the patio were all broken and the landlord lives in Guadalajara so it's incredibly... difficult to get ahold of anyone to come fix anything and the rental manager is often completely uncontactable, even though he lives here in San Diego. As far as the grounds go, there has been a lot of maintenance and landscaping done lately so the grounds are actually quite lovely. I would recommend this complex, but not this unit. Read More
