Villa Temecula
I moved into this complex over a year ago and I am excited to be moving away. Compared to similar places around it is a good deal but after the change of landlords the place has gone down. It is a non-smoking property yet the land lord smokes and does not throw away the butts, and a new tenant constantly smokes in the elevator. The places is not as tidy as it used to be either. The location is great, close to shopping such as Target and Ralphs, gyms with in the mile, and of course the beach!! It... is dog friendly as well. There is on site laundry and gated parking(but things still get stolen).

The location and price are great! Blocks from the water and close to shopping and restraints. The landlord is questionable and newer residents seem to be a bit rowdy. The parking is gated but rusty pipes leak on your car; there is also laundry in site.
