NO WHERE TO PARK!
If you move here you will have to park miles away from this apartment complex every day, as there is not enough parking within the complex. good luck.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! BIG MISTAKE
It is an absolute nightmare. Parking is terrible—I often have to park up to eight blocks away. Parking is only going to get worse with the new building. There is a homeless man who frequently sleeps in the hallways and right outside my door, and he has repeatedly bothered residents.
The trash room is constantly overflowing, with garbage piled on the floor because people won’t take it down to the first floor. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything. I feel very unsafe living here.

Will not renew my lease!!!!
PARKING SUCKS!!! I live here and the parking sucks. Everyday we have to park 7 blocks down. Parking enforcement is around all day everyday.
I will not be renewing my lease after a year. AND THEY ARE OPENING UP A NEW BUILDING parking is just about to get even miserable.

NO WHERE TO PARK!!!!
Parking here is an absolute nightmare. There is little to no parking available, and tenants are constantly being ticketed. I personally received over $1,000 in parking violations, which is beyond unreasonable for a place where residents are supposed to live comfortably.
If you’re okay paying a high price for constant stress, circling the block for parking, and worrying about tickets every time you come home, then this might be the place for you. Otherwise, be warned.
On top of that, there is... ongoing construction—a new building being put up on one side and mobile homes being added on the other, making parking and access even worse.
Due to these issues, I will not be renewing my lease. This experience has been extremely disappointing and not worth the cost

Terrible parking situation
I live across the street from these apartments, the parking situation is terrible. I can’t ever find street parking out front of my house anymore. I park 3 t 4 blocks down the street. I talked to some of the people that live in the apartments about the parking spots for them. They told me when they toured the apartments, whoever was giving the tour told them they would have 2 spaced of parking for each apartment. A lot of people in the apartments are angry because they have to go looking for... parking just like myself. One of the guys has a scooter he uses to go to his house and to his car because he can’t find parking close to his house. It’s only getting worse, they just opened the new apartment behind the first complex and they’re building another complex to the right of the other two complex's. Making a parking garage for these people. They don’t want to come home from work and have to look for parking and park miles from their apartment.
