Small Community

Very quiet and cozy. People seem friendly - reminds me of Melrose Place. Units situated around pool give it a nice feel.

We love it!

My boyfriend and I moved here after living in apartments near SDSU, and this is SUCH a step up! What we pay for a 2 bedroom is what most people would pay for a 1 bedroom in San Diego. It is so quiet, we hardly ever hear anyone. It has awesome access to the freeway and is easy to find parking! :)
