God I hate it Here

Property manager forwards all of the calls. Swimming pool is permanently closed (it hasn’t opened for a year and a half). Laundry is usually broken so you have to use a laundromat. Neighbors are loud. Live in your car before you pay to live here.

Since taking ownership, we have invested in numerous upgrades, including a complete exterior repaint, installation of new windows, and remodeling of the units to create contemporary masterpieces. These renovations are part of our commitment to providing a high-quality living experience for our residents.

We understand the importance of open communication. Our goal is to create a community where amenities are not only available but are well-maintained for the enjoyment of all residents.

Additionally, we have a dedicated, full-time onsite manager who is committed to addressing any concerns promptly. If you encounter maintenance issues, rest assured knowing our onsite manager will ensure a timely resolution.

Definitely recommend

We’ve lived here since 2014! Eden and team respond promptly to any and all concerns. Some apartments are dated and some newly remodeled. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The laundry facilities occasionally break down but are promptly fixed. People are friendly and respectful of each other. Usually quiet...occasionally someone tries to test the waters and they don’t last long! When we considered moving our first choice was to move into a newer unit right here. Close to everything!… Definitely recommend!

Do Not Rent Here

I cannot contact the property manager at all. There’s no security: two men almost started fist fighting outside until I threatened to call the cops. The place was dirty; I found dead bugs, hair, and bits of dirt in the “professionally cleaned” carpet at move in. Finally, the other day my water was going in and out, and I could not get ahold of anyone to address the issue. In the one month I’ve been here, I’ve already had too much go wrong.

EXCELLENT PLACE!!

My wife and I moved to Villa Vista when we moved to San Diego. Eden, the Property Manager, made the move in easy and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortableness and coziness of our apartment. The only maintenance issue we had was once with the heating and that was fixed right away by the excellent maintenance crew. I found Eden and the rest of the staff to always be friendly, courteous and honest. Very delightful people. The area is safe and close proximity to most areas of… San Diego which makes it an ideal place in an ideal location at a very reasonable rate. I would happily recommend prospective tenants to consider Villa Vista in their rental plans. James

Residents often comment on the spacious sized units and great central location but to hear that you valued the… management and maintenance staff is one of the greatest complements we could receive. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Horrible Here!!! If possible, i’d rate this place 0stars!!!
This apartment manager are so awful!! and they don’t work efficiently. Moved out tow months ago they still didnt give back deposit! I called and emailed so many times but they dont reply!!on contract shows they will give back in 21day but it already past 2 month! I don’t know why they solve problem like this.
So DO NOT RENT here!!! I will go court claim this . BAD !!!!!BAD!!!!!!BAD!!!!!!!!
