A great place to live.....if you like spiders.
In summary:
-Total ripoff!
-Time for renovating this old place
-Couldn't wait to get out of there.

They have repeatedly refused to refund a portion of my security deposit that I am owed. Their contract states that if a lease is not signed within 5 business days, they will refund the security deposit less the reservation fee (equal to the amount of months rent divided by 30, multiplied times 5). They instead charged me for two weeks and do not return phone calls after multiple messages have been left with both the leasing and corporate office.
