Horrible! Don’t Rent Here

We had nothing but problems for 4 years while living here. Everything is cheap and breaks often, most of the maintenance don’t know what they are doing, and we never got our leak fixed which caused a puddle in the living room whenever it rained. Management is the worst of any place and company I have ever lived at. Terrible communication, no one calls you back, they don’t know the answer to any questions, and nothing ever gets fixed until you call at least 3 times. They prefer to send out… unprofessional and passive aggressive emails instead of fixing problems. We finally moved out and because they can’t check their mailbox in a timely manner, they are charging us extra for days we did not live there. Now we can’t get a hold of anyone to fix this problem.

Great Area

A six months stay that has turned into a 7 year home. Great place. Has a well maintained pool, tennis court, off leash dog area, and a fitness center. Maintenance is quick to fix things and landscaping is kept up nicely, even with the drought. Laminate floors, marble counters, and stainless steel appliances make up the living area. Paths wind through the apartments, making for a nice walk, especially with your best canine friend. Nice quiet place to come home to.

Not great

Property management staff are not helpful. Been having a lot of crime in the area. Apartments been used as drug labs and had the Sheriff's department arresting people for dealing drugs. Homeless people roam the complex at night. It used to be much nicer a few years ago before the new property management company came in and destroyed all of that. New property management company also came in and began forcing people out of their apartments by kicking them out to renovate the apartment. Then… increasing the rent by $300 to $400 a month.

We are very proud of the renovations we are doing here. The new ownership is updating some items that have not been touched since 1977. We are including an all new energy efficient stainless steel appliance package (with refrigerator), granite… counter tops throughout, new faux wood flooring, new blinds, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, as well as new blinds and other interior fixtures. We have upgraded the pool area with a built in BBQ and cabana lounge area. We have also installed a new dog wash area near our dog park. Our newest item in the works is our turf renovation project. This will eliminate the usage of approximately 30% water consumption! We feel this a great way to respond to the terrible drought we are in and also comply with city and county requirements. All upgrades are at an average increase of just under $200, very affordable for all that is included.
