The management company for this building is incredibly incompetent and they do not take good care of their units. I lived here for about 3 years and it was a constant battle to have any maintenance performed from the time I moved in until I moved out. There was work that was promised to be completed before I moved in that wasn't done until months later. To even get them to complete that work, I had to constantly call and email them. They just ignore requests or if they respond to them, they... promise that it will be fixed on a certain day and then the person never shows up to fix it because the management company doesn't communicate with maintenance. I had to contact the rent board multiple times and eventually filed a complaint with the dept of building inspection. Its really a shame that the property management company is so awful because the building has a beautiful garden and a very nice building manager. Read More
