- In-unit Washer/Dryer in laundry/storage room (approximately 5 years old, photo is of previous unit that's since been replaced)
- Central heating with newer furnace heater (approximately 5 years old)

- Rental application fee $50 per applicant (each Adult needs to submit an application)
